FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
For customers that have chosen our FREE SHIPPING option, please bear in mind that we will provide you with post tracking number like China post,Epacket, postNL ,You can track your order’s where about after that, the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 50 days, you still haven't received your order, we will refund your money, no questions asked.
If your order is over $50, we will choose The express like DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT option, so that you will be able to track your order at all times, until it arrives your doorstep.
RETURN PROCESS

Cancel Items or Orders
You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.If you have ordered the product and want to cancel, please contact our customer service. For more information, please go to wilson324@outlook.com. we'll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account, but once it moves to a shipped status it cannot be canceled or it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy above.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
